Hi to everyone i'm new to this site.
A quick background.
I'm a gym instructor and personal trainer in Dublin Ireland For years i struggled with keepin fat levels down, particularly when bulking. Over many years i experiment on myself with all kids of weird and mad eating and trainiig programs. Finally i came to realize tat a low carb regme was the only thing that worked for me and i created a system for cutting using it. Deciding to do some bulkin agiin i went in search of others who had tried bulking on low carbs and i found this site. The first that that amazed me was that Mark had uncouvered he same truths and system sthat i myself had uncovered through experimenting on myself. I was even using his FAT Flush aout once a week when cutting, although i had never given it a name. I feel i have found a home where everythihng i now know about bulking and cutting is being shared with otehrs. Over the next few weeks i will post up pics and details of some of my own experiences, including a great pic of me after 8 weeks bulkng on a high carb diet. I look so puffy and swollen ha ha ha... Never again! it was afterthat bulk that i first started experimentingwith a low carb bulk and i have pictures of that as well, 11 weeks later. I'm currently on an 8 week bulk using the MANS diet and then i'l' cut again. All the pics will be there for anyone who wnt to have look, and feel free to comment or ask any questions you like.
