I started using Marks version of NO-Xplode last week, AAKG and Caffine tabs. Working great so far. Should last me about 6 months:)

On another note i put on some weight over christmass (no surprise there) so i hve moved my next cutting phase forward and have started it already. I will continuue to keep all records of weight bf and strength gains here. I started th cut just a few days before the end of week 5 and have already lost most of the bf so now i am heading to 15%. If i get there quick enough i may push on to 14% befre taking another short break. For cutting i use my own version of Marks TSPA, the only real difference is that on my cheat day i don't restrict my calories at all. YUM YUM.

Now tht i'm cutting again i need to oder in some Ephidrine. On my last cut i started taking a Ephidrine, caffien and asprin stack. I found it had a small extra effect on my fat loss but was absolulty brilliant as an appitite supresent. You just never feel hungry on the stuff. One down side is when yu come off it. About three days after stopping taking it i get a mssive headach, (exactly like comming of caffine) which lasts about a day.

I have decided against Ephedrine for this cut, although i will be experimenting with L-Carnitine. I have also come off creatine for the cut so that i can keep more accurate BF readings. I expect a high weight loss this week as my body runs out of the extra creatine and drops water. This transition from creatine to no creatine plays havok with BF readings so all readings for the next week or so will be false readings. Accurace should improve after that as my body and water levels settle to more normall levels.

Week 1 of the cut has now been completed. Because i tend to stay low carb wheather i'm building or cutting i have dispenced with the 2 week lead into my first carb loading day and opeted for a one week lead in. My body now switches to fat burnig in just a few days despite a week or 2 of high carb eating over christmass. I use an electrocic bf calculator which is very suseptiple to water level sin the body and as such is still a bit all over the place with me coming of Creatine but i also take milimiter reading from my waist, bicep and tricep each week with a calipers. Bescide i know how my body works at this stage and a little up and down with the sclaes or the BF readings doesn't phase me. If i get an unusual high readings somedays and know my eating and training are right, i'm fine with it. A few days later the readings go back to what i am expecting . It is only thorugh the confidence and experience of succesfull programs such as MANS, GLAD or TSPA that such hicups can be delt with, with a clear head and a knowledge that all is well and going to plan. Sucsess is not an option or a possibility, it is a an enivitable fact of the process.
