Rood user: I believe you can gain 10-15lb or more muscle a month, which means your body need a lot more fuel, so maybe 400 x 3 = 1200 extra calorie above daily need(that's just my speculation). You will most likely need higher protein intake too. I would keep the carb intake at 30g if you really want to do low carb.
Somehow I have a feeling that you can probably eat more than the calorie I suggested, but then these are just assumptions, hope that was helpful!
