I weighed around 155 pounds in this pic. Look how fat my face was and how deflated my shoulders and arms look

This is how i was after a few weeks of working out. Still lacking definition and out of shape

This is before MANS. After few more months of working out
I think my weight was in the low 140s and 12% bodyfat.

This is after i found out about the anabolic diet. I ate around 4000 cal and got up to 160lbs, but the weight gain was mostly fat. Was around 14% bodyfat. Notice how my abs are not visible in this pic. Also broke out with acne like crazy, probably due to the insane amounts of heavy cream i was drinking. I did not enjoy this failed bulking cycle. I was drinking 2 of Mark's monster shakes and it was tough to down those. I called it quits and decided to do TSPA. I plan to go on MANS again when i am at low bodyfat. I was stupid enough to eat excessive protein. I think was eating around 200 grams of protein during this time. That's why i got fat again.

This is the most recent pic. I am doing TSPA now to lose fat. Still at 12% bodyfat and down to 150lbs. Still got a long way to go.
