Untill i turned 23, I have been out of shape my whole life. Started working out in september 08 and found out about MANS about 3 months ago.

I don't have a topless pic of me during my skinny-fat days but this is the best i can find. It's an old college pic.
I weighed around 155 pounds in this pic. Look how fat my face was and how deflated my shoulders and arms look

This is how i was after a few weeks of working out. Still lacking definition and out of shape

This is before MANS. After few more months of working out
I think my weight was in the low 140s and 12% bodyfat.

This is after i found out about the anabolic diet. I ate around 4000 cal and got up to 160lbs, but the weight gain was mostly fat. Was around 14% bodyfat. Notice how my abs are not visible in this pic. Also broke out with acne like crazy, probably due to the insane amounts of heavy cream i was drinking. I did not enjoy this failed bulking cycle. I was drinking 2 of Mark's monster shakes and it was tough to down those. I called it quits and decided to do TSPA. I plan to go on MANS again when i am at low bodyfat. I was stupid enough to eat excessive protein. I think was eating around 200 grams of protein during this time. That's why i got fat again.

This is the most recent pic. I am doing TSPA now to lose fat. Still at 12% bodyfat and down to 150lbs. Still got a long way to go.

I weigh 1701lbs now. Going to take a one week break to fully recuperate. Hopefully, i can reach 180 and 15 inch arms on my next 12 week period

I enjoyed seeing all the updates and watching your body fluctuate like it did. Very inspiring. How do you measure your body fat?

i use accumeasure calipers to measure bodyfat.

You've made some great progress, hopefully with my next cycle which will be a bulk as you might know I can make some gains like yourself.

Can you tell me what your carb-ups are like, how long do they last? and how many calories do you take in on low carb & high carb days?

I just carb up on monday and friday, which is when i work my back and legs. I have oatmeal, waffles, cereal, and milk for breakfast. For lunch, dinner, and snacks I just have chicken breast with pasta and sweet potatoes. I just have whey and some fruit juice for post workout meal. I probably only get 2500 cal on carb up days, which is less than what i eat on a regular day. On low carb days, i eat around 3400 calories.
