My progress.

Postby AntonioWright on Tue Feb 10, 2009 4:42 am

Hello everyone! I have been a lurker for a while and I felt I should show my progress. Now, it has only been the last 6 months that I have been on the Anabolic Diet. I purchased six pack abs and I have been tweaking it around my lifestyle.

Here is before: 11/2007

I have lost over 100 pounds. However, I am still not happy. I am striving to be ripped! I am talking below 10% bf. If anyone is interested in seeing my meal plan let me know.

Congratulations on your weight loss. At my heaviest, I have never been 100lbs overweight as far as I know. Your six-pack comes through when you flex, and you're more fit than 99% of everybody. That's superb progress! You should be very happy.

Of course, satisfaction and happiness are not the same thing :) Almost no bodybuilder -- except very few naturally-lean fellows -- looks all-day-every-day in real life like they do on stage. On stage, they've used tanning lotion to smooth out their skin tone, oil to gloss up their sheen and enhance definition, and usually have been on an intense, unsustainable diet oriented toward reaching its peak while they are on stage. Is your goal to compete, or simply get more ripped?

Regards,
Matt B.

Amazing progress. And I would agree on the fact that you are fairly well ripped right now.

I would like for this to be added. I have also checked my PM's and I don't see anything? According to the Omron Fat Loss Monitor (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/om/body.html) I am at 13.4% I believe, I am higher though.

Nice work Antonio,
I'd like to see what your meal plan is/was and what supplements you take.

Thanks for the answer

I'm 13.4% according to the omron (it's up and down from 12.8%-13.4%. I think you might very well be 13%. My guess is that if you feel you're not as lean as you want, you're probably carrying the leftover in the same place most men carry it, probably lower back, sides and tummy. The rest of you looks lean and mean in my opinion. The traps are monstrous.
