G'Day Mark,

I'm a 22 year old male, 96kgs, I've been doing weight training for 5 years now. Been a regular reader of your site for probably 12 months or so now and I've learnt lots from your wisdom!
Would definitely be keen to try out your experiment as my arms are probably the body part which I have seen the least growth in over the past couple of years, I'm willing to try anything to get a bit more size on them!

Thanks mate!

My name is Tyler. I am 18 and in the United States Army. I have been lifting for four years and am looking to increase my PT scores and i beleive this will help out for sure! I go to the gym about six days a week looking to increase in both size and strength. I would love to increase my arms one half an inch to benefit both myself and my army pt scores. I am 5"11 and 200 lbs. I am very dedicated and motivated hence my army training. Lets rock n' roll!

I have been trying for almost a year now to bulk up and have not had much success with my arms (biceps in particular). I would love to participate. I am also applying to west point this year and so I need to bulk up

Hey Mark,

I'm 22 -year-old male who's been working out consistently for the past 2 1/2 years. I always love a good, hard workout. Every since I started arms have always been a weak spot and I've been looking for effective ways to increase in size. So I would really appreciate being able to participate and I will make sure to make the most out of it.

Hi Mark I am definitely up for the challenge.

I became a certified personal trainer to expand my own knowledge of exercise science.
I have used myself for my own training experiments many times.
I have also been weight lifting for 20 years, Olympic lifting, HIT training and functional strength training are a few of the lifting protocols that I have practiced and explored.

Currently on a "bulking" cycle, I normally plan this cycle during the colder winter months and cut in the very early spring.
I own calibers for measuring body fat as well as a tape measure.
Well versed with what training to failure feels like.
Plus I am female, so this could give you an interesting perspective on the muscle gain results.
Lastly, I am driven, committed and ready.

Training Experience: 5mos

Hi Mark! I had a copy of your book 5 months ago. My name is Miguel. I was using the "Training to failure" since then because I believe that it is what made me gain really from 129lbs to 140lbs since I began. I would like to try this experiment. Even if you don't consider me as one of the subjects, can you give me the program? please.. thanks

28, 198 lbs, 70", training for 9 years

I've trained for my whole adult life and always struggled with gaining muscle and strength and loosing weight. And I've seen claims like this before, but never considered them seriously. However, I've seen such good results with Mark's other programs that I'm very keen to give this a shot. Let's do it!

i would love to do he experiment as i am currently bulking up preparing myself for next year November to do a bodybuilding compo and want to get the best gains i can before then, i constantly train to failure and do Giant sets at the moment so i am pretty sure i can handle what you give me. i had done your total anabolism program and had great results from that so i would love to see wat this experiment can do for me, and oh yes i do have all the equipment that is needed ofcourse and more!:)

I am very motivated and have been following your THT routines for a year now, so I know what "training to failure" feels like (and boy, do I like the feeling of it.)
I am currently in a "bulking" phase, consuming high amounts of carbs and protein to bulk up for the beach holiday season here in Australia.
I have all the necessary equipment both at home and my school gym, I feel my age can give the results of this experiment some diversity and credibility.
I am highly committed and would love to see some growth on my arms as I feel they are out of proportion to the rest of my upper body.

Thanks
