I am 40 yrs. young, would love to particapate in your experiment.....been bulking for the past 3 months...started 9 months ago with a cut, i went from 225lbs to 196lbs, and i am currently at 216 on the bulk....5'11" is my height, male, and approx 18% bf...

this is the second program i have finished this year, and don't see following your program to be a problem....I have all equipment needed.....

why i want to be in it: just want bigger arm's...long summers of Texas, they would look GOOD!!

Look forward to working the experiment..

Thanks-

How convenient. I'm smack-dab in the middle of my bulking cycle. You bet I'm up for this!

Age: 37
Sex: M
Length of time training: 30 min - 1 hour (unless you mean how long I've been doing this for, then 2.5 years, steady)

Reason for doing this: For SCIENCE!!! That, and I'd like to *finally* pass the 16" mark on my arms. It's been eluding me...mostly due to diet (I forget to eat sometimes). I've been doing much better lately, though.

age - 39
sex - M
height - 5'10
weight - 163
length of time training - 2 months

why you want to participate - First off, I'd probably be considered a beginner compared to a lot of guys on here. I figure...what better test subject than me?! :D I joined a gym recently and have been working out and eating healthy consistently ever since. Before getting your arm experiment notification, I had decided to purchase a container of EAS Phosphagen and planned on starting immediately. Since I work for the company that makes it (Abbott Labs), I can get it for almost as cheap as dirt (less than $5). Hopefully I qualify for one of your subjects because I'd love to try this experiment and see what happens. Thanks for all the info you supply us with! Just finished reading your e-book the other day. Really enjoyed it!

Age - 38
Sex - Male
Training - Off and on for 5+ years, Musclehacker since Spring 2009

I would welcome the opportunity to participate in this experiment. I have been following the nutrition and training advice on your website since earlier this year, after spending many years not seeing results. Though I had to take the summer off due to medical emergencies with my in-laws, I have lost 5 lbs and look more fit since getting back into three weeks ago. I also have my wife doing the low GI diet with me and weight lifting for the first time in her life (at least like this) - she has lost 4.5 lbs in that same time frame.

I have all the listed equipment and a great willingness to continue to see results. In April 2010, my wife and I will be celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. I want to knock her socks off when my shirt comes off!!!!!!

Hi Mark,
I am a 45yr old male who has been weight training seriously for about year, but have been involved in sports all my life. I am very serious and pationate about weight training. I am training to gain mass & this experiment is what I am looking to go to the next level. Pick me to be part of this experiment & let me be the spokesman for the sucess of this armblasting experiment! Looking forward to starting & share the gains to all.

Mark,

27

male

Training 3 x week bodybuilding 3x week boxing

I want to participate because I am 6'4" 200 lbs, with long arms. My biceps tendon (unfortunately) attaches 3 fingers depth away from my joint making my arms/biceps appear much smaller than the strength that I have. Any chance to push my arms 1/2" in larger and help fellow lanky bastards in the process would be something I would jump on

Thanks!

Hi Mark more than happy to take part in the trial if selected. i am 43, Male and really have only been in a steady and effective program for the past 16 months, although I have always been quite fit and active. Started off with what could best be described as a barrel shape, no real definition anywhere and at this stage now have really started to notice improvements and shape all over. I coached various sports through to elite International level for the past 20 years but never really had the time for myself was too focused on my athletes. Having retired from the coaching game 16 months ago felt it was time to put my knowledge to personal use and have been really pleased with the results so far. My training is intense but manageable for my age and my focus is more on doing it right over a period of time rather than short cuts for quick gains. I have access to all the required equipment and I am used to follow strict training regimes so would have no difficulty in meeting your requirements. i look forward tp the opportuntity to particpate inthe trial, all the best steve
