hy everyone I'm new to this forum but I have read THT 3.0 and mark's two diets I really like Mark's ways of getting jacked and his supporting to them with science. I decided to follow the programme but I can't follow the diet it is soo hard for me to cook meals or to tell my mom to she cooks healthy food but she won't cook me those meals so I try to eat as healthy as I can but I dont follow the MANS or GLAD diets. I'm 15 and a half years old 5'4'' and 129 pounds and sometimes 130. I've been working out on and off before I came along ark's site and I got some muscles and my body fat currently is 10% so I can actually see my abs. sense I saw marks programme THT I followed for about 4 weeks now but I dont Think I gained any pounds. two days ago I asked mark about what I am doing and he shocked me by telling me that's not his programme and he told me to come here to get help. ok so I work out 5 dyas a week 2 muscles a day with just 1 excercise for each muscle like marks says and the form i do is 123-1-123 when I work out. but that happens to be all wrong and I was doing a programme different than what mark says cuzhe told me that's not right. I have been wasting my time in these 4 weeks. Please anyone who is qualified to tell me what to do to kep gaining weight and muscle without fat and possibley go down to 9%,*5 or even less body fat. I really want to keep getting taller because I will need it. I workout and I want to get more wieght and muscle and not get fat and get taller becausse I set my goals to be a pro wrestler and I want to be as big as I can to succeed in it I really love it so by my early 20s I want to be 210+ pounds not more than 225 and not less that 218 and hopefully I could be 5'11''. please guys help me here and tell me how many body parts to work a day and how many days a week and how long each day workout should be? plus when to do the compound excercises cuz I did them in the 5th day? and would I be able to keep gaining weight and get bigger without doing one of the two diets that mark suggests I will do one of them hopefully in the future but now I don't think I can follow it? answer me if you can guys as soon as possible I will be so thankfull for that and I really want to achieve my drea of being a pro wrestler so I need your help to start working out right and get bigger. and do you suggest taking proteinpowder during my age now to help me!?thanks,
