Shoulders: 47 (I am not so sure about this measurement,but must be close)
Left Arm: 14.9*
Left Forearm: 11.8*
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 36.5*
Left Thigh: 24.5*
Left Calf: 15.7*
Best Lifts So Far:
Deadlift(sumo stance): 396lbs x 1 rep (Sumo Stance is easier than Conventional and is my favorite)
Squat: 308 x 4
Bench Press: 231 x 2
Shoulder Press: 176 x 2
Pullups: +17.5 x 1
Dips: +32.5 x 2
BB Curl: 132 x 2
(These are my absolute load records and not max reps actually, that's why it's 308x5 on squats for example,that means that I have never squatted heavier than 308lbs)
Anyway, in order for those measurements to go 1 inch bigger at least, I have to go to 77-79kg as fat free as I can,and spread the weight evenly. Time will show

.It's doable in 8-12 months,for sure.
