Yes, I did start taking pics in Feb. I am seeing some small differences (except for this stubborn belly fat). My wife says she can see a huge difference. It's great to have a support group both virtual and IRL. You can count me in for the next 12 week challenge.

Really, the main point of such challenges is to provide some accountability for results in photos and stats.

Maybe it's weird, but it has sure helped me keep honest with myself on how I'm doing on the eating and lifting plans. Otherwise, with no accountability and a family that's telling me I'm too thin, it's very easy to backslide from my goal of maintaining my weight below 200 pounds.

Nice work. Are you bulking on a keto diet or high carb?

Final result for me on this challenge: Body composition basically unchanged. Somewhere between 22%-23% body fat, weight right around 218 to 219 lbs.

Damn. Well, you only get out what you get in, right? A big plus factor for me is that despite some world-class binges while I was trying carb-ups, I still maintained weight. This will help me in the future, as I'll know that even if I go off-plan for a meal or three, I can go right back on-plan and not pack on a ton of body fat as a result.

In other words, falling off the plan is no reason to not get back on again; nothing is ruined, nothing is derailed, and it's just fine. Realistically, I probably would have dropped a few pounds of fat if I hadn't spent the last week of the challenge off-plan entirely, relaxing pool-side in southern Utah with far too much good food and no exercise whatsoever :)

Looking forward to the new challenge.
