I have been on GLAD diet for 4 months with great results im 18, 5'4 160lbs i have two questions what do you think my bodyfat is. Do i look as strong as i am? my cousin says i should lift more hes a powerlifter hes says if i used my whole body i would lift more, he says i think to much about isolating, i just try lifting with optomized form like mark says, by the way great site Thank you for the free books and info! my max bench is 190 squat 225
