THT is a free WORKOUT (only) program. You lift 8-12 reps and your goal is to gain muscle mass while maintaining fat or gaining as little fat as possible. It typically is combined with the MANS or GLAD diet program based on personal preference.

MANS is a free DIET(only) program that can be boiled down to high fat, low carb (20-60 grams depending on energy), plus 1-2 times your body weight in grams of protein. This program includes a once a week carb-up where you eat clean carbs, low fat, same protein for 12-36 hours, or until you feel fat or bloated.

GLAD is free DIET (only) program which allows you to eat carbs in higher amounts, but the carbs must cause the least spike of insulin as possible. Carbs like whole grains, grains, germs, salads, various vegetables such as celery and rutabaga roots, etc.... there is NO carb-up on this diet.

TSPA is a paid-for DIET and EXERCISE program so I cannot divulge certain details as that would be counter productive to the efforts Mark made. But it boils down to losing body fat as quickly as possible while losing minimal muscle mass. It differs in from MANS by the speed of fat loss. It includes a modified diet, exercise and supplement regime which is quite different than MANS.
