What Up Guys. . .New Guy Here.

I'm Smokey, I'm from Atlanta, but I live in Japan (U.S. Navy). I'm 21 and I've been in the Navy for a year. I joined for self discipline so I can stick to my goals, one of them is to be strong, and have a lean body. I've tried a lot of BS. Worked out everyday. My diet was "ok" but I am guilty of snacking on the side. I've tried the crossfit workouts which cut my arms up, but my gut is still there. I had no idea that you could build muscle and burn fat at the same time until I got here. I am definitely going to try this and give it my all. My biggest motivation was the testimonial from the EOD guys. Because I'm in a similar situation when I am out at sea . . .only able to eat chow food. But my biggest concern is WHEN I should workout because chow is served from 6:00-7:00, 11:00-12:30, and 5:00 (pm)- 6:30. I know now that is about WHEN you eat much more than WHAT you eat. Given the schedule, can someone who knows Mark's diets well, suggest how I should workout between these times so I can eat properly?

Hi,

you have nothing to worry about because when i started THT i was at school and we ate at similar times. You may want to get some whey protein to supplement you diet and some creatine too. i worked out in the afternoon at about 2pm and then got some protein shakes and stuff in there afterwards. msg me if you have questions
