In the book they only talk about reps , so does this mean that you do one set of 7-12 reps per body part ? And can you split the program in to 4 days ?
If your talking about 3.0 its only one set. a rough 3.1 is now available if have a nose at the articles on musclehack site which you can do 5 days a week and more sets and more in detail also of rest times etc.
