i have some questions after reading through different websites and finally reaching this one.
i have started a program to lose around 9% of fat,here is what i gathered:
-i dont eat above 50 GL per day
-i have cut back on ~1000 calorie per day (no sugar / no fat)
-work out 6 days per week (no cardio)
-do AB workout 2-3 days a weak
now ive been getting alot of bad feedbacks from this from friends and family's and im a little confused. they say cardio is a must when you need to lose fat fast! which seems to be true.
plus they say ~1000 calorie deficit is way too much and i also feel hungry lot of times during the day.
the problem is that i have lost 1KG in ~10 days now so i think i should be satisfied!?
