need advice on losing fat program

hello guys,
i have some questions after reading through different websites and finally reaching this one.
i have started a program to lose around 9% of fat,here is what i gathered:
-i dont eat above 50 GL per day
-i have cut back on ~1000 calorie per day (no sugar / no fat)
-work out 6 days per week (no cardio)
-do AB workout 2-3 days a weak

now ive been getting alot of bad feedbacks from this from friends and family's and im a little confused. they say cardio is a must when you need to lose fat fast! which seems to be true.
plus they say ~1000 calorie deficit is way too much and i also feel hungry lot of times during the day.
the problem is that i have lost 1KG in ~10 days now so i think i should be satisfied!?

Hey man,

Yeah thats pretty much it in a nutshell. If you are losing the weight and its working then keep it up!

Remember and measure your body fat to make sure thats what you are losing and not lean weight.

I have found the same thing, everyone is an expert when confronted with information that seems controversial. The main thing is to try it and if it works it works!

I tried the Glad Diet and lost no body fat so I have moved onto Total Six Pack Abs and that seems to be working. But I think everyone is different so it takes a bit of trial and error!

2lbs per week is a good and healthy weight loss. Mark doesnt actually say that you should def not do Cardio at all for Fat loss, but he does say that it may hinder muscle gain.

I think most people here take his fantastic advice and knowledge but also tailor it a bit to suit what works for themselves.

If you lose another kilo in the next ten days and so on then great dont change it! :-)

you're right If it works then it work as long as im not losing lean mass.
i've also decided to add 20-30 mins of cardio post-workout 3 times a week.

You are most clearly losing muscle mass. I mean what's the rush? 1000 calorie deficit? Wow.

well cause im a little impatient, but also i thought you can cut off as much as you can handle!? i was wrong?
