Seriously confused!

Im very new to this site and learning about building muscle and fat loss,etc.Anyway heres my problems i keep seeing all these acronyms and its confusing the hell out of me as i dont know anything about this stuff to begin with.So if anyone could enlighten me so to speak id be very grateful.P.s Ive read through your blog and archives Mark and you're big on a low carb diet etc.Well my question as a complete leyman is it dangerous to your health to have a low carb diet?I want to build a great physique but at the same time i dont want to risk my health doing it!Thanks.

acronyms, i guess easiest way to get the answers is google them, (thats what i do) tends to come up with variants but compare each definition in context and it tends to clear things up. Other than that list em here and someones bound to know

Im pretty new to low carbing (starting out today) so question of is it dangerous the answer would be no, and i think everyone here would agree otherwise why do it? But dont take our word for it, read and research. Upon Marks recommendation (i believe its on the taco recipe) I bought a copy of Mens Health TNT Diet. If you want health benefits and i guess myths put to rest id recommend buying a copy, whsmith online do it for £6.50, plus there is an absolute crap load of information out on the net if you look for it, google can be your friend just need to ask it lol any concerns you have, just read whats out there and make an INFORMED decision
