Okay.. I finally read TA 3 cover to cover.. but I must say I'm a little confused, and I have a few questions.. I would really appreciate it if one of you could explain them to me:
1. According to TA 3 and the space provided in the workout logs, we are supposed to do just 1 set of each exercise, but mark contradicts this in his article on THT?
2. How many times a week should we do the workout?
3. Is every workout supposed to include all exercises? Or is it split up into different days for different muscle groups? If so, how is it split?
And a final clarification..
As I understood it, I'm supposed to do three MASS workouts spaced X days apart (depending on my POP) followed by one CONSOLIDATION workout?
I'd appreciate it if one of you could take the time to clarify these things for me.
