When I feel the urge for something sweet I put it out with Coke Zero.
This doesn't mean I drink a lot of it but around 2 litres a week.
Is this bad for the body? I mean the sweetener in Coke Zero. How is your feelings on this?
Secondly; do you have anything you do to stop the cravings? funny thing is I don't crave for candy after I started TSPA, now its more like a big meal of pasta or a pizza or something like that. The Carb Up days usually fixes this.
