I started the MANS diet four days ago on Sunday and since then I've gone from 69kg to 67.7kg today (I'm 174 cms tall btw). I guess I went into ketosis pretty quick. Has anyone else had a similar result so fast? It seems like a lot of weight for just a few days. I might start upping my calorie intake. So far I've been eating 2000 a day as I'm not working out right now. My recommended intake is 2500 for THT purposes. I'm restarting workouts this week so I'll need the extra calories for sure.
Also, when is it recommended to start your carb ups? I may start this weekend but some say give your body 2 weeks to make sure it's in ketosis before starting carb up days.
Any thoughts?
