what is best practice for timing of final testimonial photo?

Postby JohnOregon on Sun Apr 03, 2011 11:03 pm

I know, it's the journey that's important. I am however leaving to bike in NYC for 140 miles right after my last week of a 10 week 5 day split:
shoulders/traps
legs
chest/abs
back/biceps/forearms
triceps
abs (again on 6 or 7 day)

So I'm trying to get maximum pump the last day of my week's workout before I deflate in NYC.
I have a photography friend that said I could come into his studio and he would get it right.
Should I switch over to a 3 day split the last several weeks? ie: everybody part gets exercised?
Is there anything I should/can do right before the photo session?

I am humbly awaiting an answer to my non-humble question.

depends what you are going for. You can carb up some which will give you more mass but less cut. Or you can low carb and dehydrate yourself slightly and you will look cutter but less bulky. Also dim lighting will help you look cut up a little more than usual.
