Help- which diet?

Postby cmgentz on Thu May 12, 2011 4:59 pm

I am fairly new here. I have been reading as much as I can on everything here. I have read over all of the diets and I don't know which one I should use. If I did my figures correctly I came up with:
body weight 120 bf% 22 Lean body weight of 94lbs (42.7)kg I then figured in my resting metabolic rate, and work and came up with 1939 cal before exercise. So I haven't even added exercise cal. in yet. Depending on how many cal. I burn during exercise. A little about me, I have lost 25 lbs in the past year, mostly fat. I have some muscle, mostly in my upper body. I am currently trying to gain more muscle. I have a few more inches of fat to work off, mostly in my lower body. My body measurements are 5'4"tall,34 chest, 26 waist, 37 hips. I lost over 4 inches in my waist and 5 inches in my hips this past year. I have more to go, but I don't want to lost what muscle I have gained. What would be the best diet for me? I have been looking at the MANS the past few days. I have pretty much hit a plateau for the last 6 months. I haven't gained or lost. I used to do cardio, but have quit that about 2 weeks ago after I started reading how it negatively affects your muscles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Tina

Hey tina

Wow thats good weightloss, my advice to you would be to invest in the tspa its a great diet and excercise regime for the type of goals you are looking for, it will help you loss the fat and tone up in no time going by your stats you would be at 14%bf in nine weeks max if you did it by the book and you would be keeping most of the muscle you have, then you could do the glad diet to build muscle and keep your lean figure, hope this helps you tina GOOD LUCK ;)
