THT 4.0 with TSPA

Postby Bridge24 on Sun Jun 26, 2011 10:27 pm

Can I use THT 4.0 instead of the TSPA workouts? Usually the carb up day for TSPA is on a Saturday which is Legs day. Using THT 4.0, it switches the workout order of body parts each week. Would it still be okay to do a carb up on Saturday if it isn't a Leg day?

Ok, maybe I will just use the T.H.T 4.0 workouts but put the body parts in the order of TSPA so Saturday will always be my leg day. I don't know we'll see, I'm more concerned with being lean than building muscle. People say I have legs like tweety bird. Even though I'm a girl, I could use all of those carbs going to the muscles in my legs!

Tweedy bird legs are cool. Think of the opposite.
Yikes.
I got chicken legs. I think they are now too big. Going to back off of legs.
Riding too much bicycle too on the weekend.

Skinny legs can wear blue jeans. Big legs can't.
The bigger the leg, the bigger the butt.
That just might be my insanity speaking.

You are definitely right. All that matters is that you can fit and look good in a pair of jeans! If you run long distance you can defintely bet your legs will get smaller!
