THT 4 HIT

Hi All,

Quick question on where I should start with THT 4.

I have been loosely following Marks rules on working out, progressive overload etc for the last 7 months and have had great results. I now want to actually follow one of his programs. I had been working in the 8-12 rep failure range but now it would appear that I should be looking at the 6-8 cycle. Would I benefit from the THT HIT cycle first having just taken my 10 week break? I have access to a fairly poor gym that is under equipped and over subscribed and I am concerned that I will not get around the circuit easily and maintain intensity. It is easier for me to grab a bit of kit for a specific body part and stick with it rather than moving around, but if you think that it would benefit me them I will give it a go. The other slight niggle is that I like to work out 5 times a week in order to blow off steam (if you worked with the muppets I do then you would understand!) but following the HIT pop method I would have to knock this back to 3 sessions a week.

Even though I have not been active on these boards I have read them regularly and am always impressed by the level of constructive, frank and helpful advice that is given so I lok forward to your thoughts.

Cheers

Mark
