Personally, I have
never been convinced of the alleged importance of doing lunges. Lunges work the thighs - quadriceps and hamstrings. So do presses, so do squats. Normally I'd tell you make friends with the press machine, but since that's not an option for you, try
step-ups since you have the required equipment.
And while we're talking about my FAVORITE day of the week... if you aren't already doing SLDLs (aka Romanian deadlifts), start. Just putting that out there.
