HELLO MARK

IN THE WEEK OFF AFTER 8-10 WEEK TRAINING WHAT SHOUD I EAT ?
I THING A DETOX DIET WITHOUT OR LITTLE PROTEIN AND A LOT OF FRUIT AN VEGGIES WHAT DO U THINK

It would depend on what diet you're following, but I would keep your macro ratios the same and drop your calories to maintenance. You still need the protein, as your body may be still repairing itself for some of that week.

Just like Frog said it depends on what diet you were following...For example if you were on MANS drop to maintenece and indulge in some of the foods you might not have eating or any weird cravings you have don't worry to much about carbs but keep maintence and protein macro on point

You could do a fish, nuts, fruits, veggie style of detox that week. Make sure the fish is healthy tho or it's not a real detox
