I'm writing this now so that no-one is disappointed later.

The purpose of this forum was to let you all interact and share ideas and progress with each other. I will be here, but not all the time, and I cannot possibly answer all questions that are posted.

I'll try my best to be around as much as possible but put simply, I'm a busy man to say the least.

These forums will allow a MuscleHack community to flourish even when I'm not around - that's exactly what I'm after

Enjoy this site and make the best use of it that you can. I don't want to discourage you from leaving me messages but please don't expect an immediate answer. Also, I may use your questions as inspiration for MuscleHack articles so remember to look there for solutions to your queries.

hi mark and to all bodybuildingforum.ie-ers this is my frst post and thought i would say ok to yous - need to lose a bit of weight so im looking around and ill probably ask some daft questions.. havent trained for years and now im suffering
