I just read mark's article 'Creatine Capsules - Better than Creatine Powder?'
he concluded that capsules are a nuisance because, at 750mg each, you have to take 6-7 capsules 4 times a day during a loading phase.
My question is;
Is there any difference between capsules and powder in terms of results, disregarding the inconvenience of the amount you have to take?
