Breaded Chicken Recipe - Almond & Parmesan Question

Postby worcth on Wed Jul 09, 2008 10:38 pm

For the recipe, it calls for Almond flour - what can I use as a substitute? I have a nut allergy, so I wouldn't be able to use the almond flour.

I have been making chicken parmesan with a very similar recipe. I use crushed pork rinds as a breadcrumb substitute. Works for fried chicken, chicken parm, etc. Really good too. throw in some italian seasoning and you have italian breadcrumbs. Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed.
