I've been doing MANS diet for 3wks now and I'm not sure its the right diet for me. I am a hardgainer and I find it very difficult to put on weight, i've been told its partly due to my high metabolism. I've never been fat, and never had an issue with weight or food for that matter.
I am almost 29, I'm 6'3" and my waist is about 35inches. Currently I weigh in at about 85/86kg, but in January I was 81kg...so I've really been trying.
I hit the gym 5days a week and follow the programme Mark has set out.
Is TSPA an option for me at this stage? Does the TSPA diet have a different workout programme from the other diets. Its easy to be impressed by others testimonials and the progress pictures on FB.
