So will the fat burner burns more fat even if i'm taking creatine? And what would be the role of my fat burner when taking creatine? :?:
Pre workout - Fat burner. Post workout - Creatine. I'd be doing that cycle.

Others may have different methods. But i'd take both, the fatburner and 5 grm of creatine together before my workout. And i'd take a second 5gram dose of the creatine an hour or 2 after my workout.

Would the fat burner have its effect then? And would it burn more fat and reduce your body fat?

Your making this way harder then it has to be. Once your loaded on creatine you only require 5g a day and it can be taken at any time. Fat burners are all different so just take them as instructed and make sure your drinking water. Done! 8-)

Thanks! But how about on the 3days on and 3days off cycle of the creatine, when will i take the creatine? Pre workout with the fat burner together or after workout and throughout the day? :?:

There is no reason to cycle creatine like that just simply load your system and then take 5g a day.

I have been on the 3days on and 4days off cycle for a month now, did i just wasted any effects of the creatine intake and any muscle mass gains? :(
And how do i change to the normal way of creatine cycle, do i have to stop taking creatine for a week or two? Thanks!

No you just not going to get any better results then if you just loaded and then just maintained creatine with 5g a day. To be honest I would just do your 3 day load and then just keep taking 5g a day going forward. You don't have to cycle creatine at all.

Dude its not going to give you any better or worse results like I already stated. The goal with creatine is to max your bodies levels so that you maximize the effect of ATP when working out. Once your loaded on creatine you can't do better then that and then you just take 5g a day to keep it maxed. Creatine is a suppliment like whey protein and fish oil not a steriod so you don't have to cycle it you just take it daily to support your bodybuilding efforts. Your concern was how it would effect you taking a fat burner and it won't as long as your drinking enough water. Again, quit over thinking this. Take creatine for its effect and take fat burner for its effect. Drink water. DONE! 8-)
