Protein density and carb/protein ratio aren't all that great, but are OK. For a protein serving equivalent to two scoops of IsoPure it's 6g of carbohydrate. Sure, you can absolutely work that into your 30g/day allowance without a problem, but basically it boils down to half the nutrient density... you'd need four scoops to equal the more expensive stuff.

Use it, enjoy it, but look forward to your next brand. Aim for one that has a serving size of 40-50g of protein and a really good ratio of carbs to protein. I like IsoPure for that reason, but your mileage may vary.

Just for info:
Whey is generally superior to soy protein(Bio Value,Net Protein Utilization,Protein Efficiency Ratio,Amino Acid Score,Protein ,Protein Digestibility%,EAA).Soy has better Glutamine(almost double) and Arginine. They tie in PDCAAS.Plus the body utilize animal proteins better.

For the product I find the protein amount per serving not so good and the AA are not something special. The price is great though. You can buy some cheap whey and egg protein and mix them with the soy protein. That's what I do.I buy cheap whey, egg, soy protein,I mix them and I have a best protein powder.Occasionally I add some extra AA or EAA or BCAA.

I use EAS premium as an all-around/nighttime protein. I do not use it pre or post workout. For that I use a premium, high quality and expensive whey. Blends are better during the day as meals/snacks and at night, but not peri-workout.

It is cheap, for sure, and lasts forever. When it runs out I may think about it replacing it with a casein/soy blend or just casein.
