WHAT AM I?

How can one truly tell wether they are ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph? When I was younger I was very big for my age at 16 I was 16 stone so from that you would maybe think I'm an endomorph but I have since then lost the weight and I'm at about 150lbs, I'm of an average height of about 5 foot 10 inches and I'm very bony in places. I have very prominent collar bones and shoulder blades but that's partly due to me having winged scapulas. I have thin bones, my forarms and upper arms are very thin but they do hold some fat, my abdomen also carrys some fat. I find it very difficult to put on much muscle but putting on fat is seemingly easy. Any Ideas what I am?

Also, as I mentioned it does anybody else have winged scapulas because when I'm doing exercises that require me to lie on my back it's quite painful. Any ideas how maybe I could help myself?

Most people are a mix of the three.Some though might be dominant.

Most of the people tend to think that they are ectomorphs and 'hardgainers'.The truth is that most of us are a mix of endomorph and mesomorph,which mean that we have a great potential of strength/mass gains.A few people are ectomorph-dominant and even fewer are pure ectomorphs.

Only 3-5% of all people are genetic freaks and will build muscle and strength with almost anything they do.Then only 3-5% are people that anything they will try will not produce results,even drugs.The rest 90-96% is a range where most of us belong.What is very encouraging is that most of the successful people in strength sports are in the 90-96% because they needed a lot of progress,consistency and effort to reach their goals.Genetic freaks tend to overestimate their potential and not working so hard even quitting because what they achieve comes so easily.
