How can one truly tell wether they are ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph? When I was younger I was very big for my age at 16 I was 16 stone so from that you would maybe think I'm an endomorph but I have since then lost the weight and I'm at about 150lbs, I'm of an average height of about 5 foot 10 inches and I'm very bony in places. I have very prominent collar bones and shoulder blades but that's partly due to me having winged scapulas. I have thin bones, my forarms and upper arms are very thin but they do hold some fat, my abdomen also carrys some fat. I find it very difficult to put on much muscle but putting on fat is seemingly easy. Any Ideas what I am?
Also, as I mentioned it does anybody else have winged scapulas because when I'm doing exercises that require me to lie on my back it's quite painful. Any ideas how maybe I could help myself?
