Anyone try this? "Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein". If not, does this look like a pretty good supplement?

Creatine Monohydrate 18g

Leucine 18g

I havent tried the super advanced version, but I use their normal whey protein powder, is working well for me right now :)
tastes fairly good too
how many carbs does that whey protein contain?
also i usually take about 3g of creatine a day as my maintainence dose, wouldnt 18g be a bit of a waste once you are past a loading stage for creatine?

As a very carb-sensitive guy, I'd have to note the same thing that Juggernaut just did. It's a poor trade vs. IsoPure or other low/no-carb protein offerings for my way of eating. If you're doing GLAD or not on a low-carb plan, it's probably fine. I pay extra for IsoPure because it's "free" protein on my carb counter.

Too much amino acids...I mean too much, and creatine too,and glutamine....You can't absorb so many amino acids in one time,you only give hard work for your kidneys...I find it extreme.A regular protein with 3-5 grams of those AA is just great.

So what whey protein with BCAA would you suggest?
