Ive made and tried proteincakes before. They're easy to make, pretty tasty depending on you ingredients, and virtually carb free.
I made them by taking 1 egg and mixing it with one scoop of Designer Whey protein powder. Just whip it till its a thick consistency and then cook it like a normal pancake. I used a flavorless powder, so next time ill try some strawberry or chocolate proteincakes. Give them a try, it helps alot when everyone around you are eating tasty carb-loaded pancakes and you feel left out.
