OK, so it's not new, but it's a good deal... I can't wait! Oh crap, I have to. It's my rest week. Maybe just one pull-up or squat...

It was a Club Weider 560 home gym, which basically amounts to a squat cage with safety pins, chin-up bar, high and low pulley, and bench with curl attachments. Haven't used the bench yet, and you have to squat backwards in the cage or your ass will hit the pulley system, but I'm happy to have it. Have yet to try putting two olympic bars parallel to each other on the pins so I can do dips, but I'll get around to it eventually. I still have access to world-class gym facilities right across the street from my office, so this is just for convenience, really. Now if only we had air conditioning in our garage! But working out in the heat will certainly make my head harder, that's for sure!
