Missed my check-in last week, sorry everybody, I know you were anxiously waiting ;)

My weight is about the same, I gained about two pounds then lost one. Eyeballing, I'd say that my bodyfat is a little bit lower - but that's eyeballing (or denial).

I just did a few quick measurements, everything seems to be about the same, except I gained .75 inches on my calf! Why those grew and nothing else, I'm not sure, but it's something. When I get time, I'll finish up the measurements. Really need a camera...

Body fat percentage down more than 1 point! Yay! So now I'm 23.3 instead of 24.5.

Go me! If I can do that every week, I'll be below 15% by the end of this challenge. Which would be frickin' awesome, considering how fat I was less than a year ago.

Then you can get a job posing for protein powder jars. I'd love to point you out one and be like' yeah... that guy gives me advice on my diet'.

Weight - 251 (-4)
Bodyfat - 26.9% (0)

Waist - 44.5
Chest - 48
Calf - 16
Bicep - 16.5
Bicep (flex) - 18
Neck - 18

I was happy that I lost 4 lbs this week until I realized that 3 lbs of it was muscle. I really haven't had a big appetite this week. It seems I need to concentrate on getting enough protein.

I've lost a total of 32 lbs of fat since January and gained 8 lbs of muscle.

I'm going out of town next to celebrate my bday but I'm going to try not to go crazy. The struggle continues.

Love seeing the progress. So often, I feel like I'm losing the game, when the numbers don't lie: I'm actually winning, but just a little slower than I wanted to.

Thanks dude. Unfortunately, I carry all my fat in my torso. It seems like this is the last place that my body wants to let go of fat. It's a slow steady process.
