I'm curious as to what kinds of creatine you guys are using out there.
I personally believe micronized creatine monohydrate is best. You'll know it's micronized as it will feel like fine powder, not gritty like regular monohydrate.
As you may know from some of my articles, I'm unconvinced by other types of creatine. Until some independent research confirms something works better than M.C.M. I won't be making the change.
So what are you using and what are your experiences?
