I'm nearing the bit where I have to use lower reps, but the thing is.. I'm going on holiday in 4 weeks.
I don't think there's too much muscle to be added in four weeks, when I've been bulking for 2 months!! Sure, I'm still very very skinny, but my arms and legs are solid. Even though I've been bulking, I only 13% body fat.
I would love to go on holiday RIPPED with full six pack (even at the moment I can see a four pack, so maybe my bf is lower than I think
Is this do-able in four weeks? If I work with Mark's TSPA regime?
Remember I'm a young naturally lean teenager, four weeks is enough right?
