there is something wrong with my body .. pls help

hey everyone i'm 14 years old and i'm 72 kilos wieght and i have a problem with my body i have got a flat stomach but i still have many fats in it .. thats not the problem the problem is all fats that i gain go down to my legs i have a fat legs and i a little fat butt :oops: i really wanna know if there are workouts or diets that can help me ? .. ?

The first thing that comes in my mind from your age is puberty. You may produce some more estrogens than normal due to this and store fat in those areas while you are relatively leaner on others. They are common problem areas especially in women who produce more estrogens.It's not something unsual it's normal if it is that.I had similar problems at that age,too. Proper diet and weight training will solve this.With proper diet like MANS or GLAD or TSPA and if you keep calories somewhat lower than your maintance, you will lose fat from all over the body(unfortunately you can't lose fat from only specific areas) and with weight training you will up your testosterone and growth hormones.Growth hormone is by itself is a fat burning hormone.Risen test will lower estrogens and the gap between them will further reduce the effect of estrogens that store fat on those areas.

There is no shortcut for puberty, I'm sorry. You're just going to have to let your body go through the changes it's going to go through. Of course, you should eat nutritious meals with lots of protein and veggies and healthy fats, and you should have an active lifestyle, including weight training, to build your strength and keep from putting on too much fat. More fat means more estrogens, and guess what? More estrogens means more fat storage. That's why womenfolk carry more fat than menfolk. If you live an active lifestyle and eat a balanced diet, eventually your hormones will normalize and you will grow into a man.

But you're just not going to be the man you were meant to be until you grow up to be the man you were meant to be, if you see what I'm saying. These years only come once, Grasshopper, and someday you will look back fondly. Have patience with yourself. :)

For your butt to become bigger. .
Do this:

* lie down
* lift your two legs up
* do it about mins.
* make this as your daily routine
