There is no shortcut for puberty, I'm sorry. You're just going to have to let your body go through the changes it's going to go through. Of course, you should eat nutritious meals with lots of protein and veggies and healthy fats, and you should have an active lifestyle, including weight training, to build your strength and keep from putting on too much fat. More fat means more estrogens, and guess what? More estrogens means more fat storage. That's why womenfolk carry more fat than menfolk. If you live an active lifestyle and eat a balanced diet, eventually your hormones will normalize and you will grow into a man.
But you're just not going to be the man you were meant to be until you grow up to be the man you were meant to be, if you see what I'm saying. These years only come once, Grasshopper, and someday you will look back fondly. Have patience with yourself.
