Hi, just updating the result of my program, I was in Taiwan for a whole month in August( lots of bad calorie ><, but i still worked out so kinda ok ) and I started TSPA again around mid September. I have dropped about 5-6lb of fat, don't think i lost any muscle mass. Probably could have loss more fat if my carb up wasn't dirty, but i want to make sure i get the insulin spike so.
