I would like to participate.
I am a 37-year old male and have access to everything I would need.
I took several years off from working out and joined a gym a year ago this month. I forced myself into the best shape of my life in the past 12-months and would love to add 1/2 inch to my arms - getting bigger and stronger is/ has been my goal.I will do what it takes.

Mark.. i am really up to the challenge.. i have been working out for 2 years and was only able to start gaining about 6 to 8 months ago due to your good advice.

Age: 57
Gender: Male
L.O.T.: YEARS to keep in shape and ONLY 2 years real seriously and i am gaining ---> how about that?

Why: Because i am determine to do it and have result. Because i am also using an amino acid supplement (L-Arginine M2) which, while following your advice to the letter, change my body and allowed me to gain muscle mass. I always been what is called a "hard gainer".

Mark, i am up to it...

Thanks - Joce

Hi Mark,

Age - 31
Sex - Male
Length of time training - about 2 years
Why do I want to do it - Well, to be honest, love doing tests :-)

Training at a GYM everyday, with free weights. Would love to try some new workouts.

Either way I hope it's a success and I'll definitely be following it keenly.

Itay.

I'm a male, 39 years old, and I've been training, consistently, for nine years at least...

If you knew my struggle with putting on real muscle, from my perspective, you'd have me for the experiment without a doubt. Either way, I'll try to make my case for this experiment as Intelligently as possible:
I guess I would fall under the traditional category of a hardgainer. But that would be too much of an oversimplification. I don't know when I stopped putting on muscle, but it's been a while. I've been on so many programs: High Volume, High intensity (Arthur Jones Style, so yes, I know about TRUE failure, and minimal sets, etc) I've done high weight/low reps, and visa versa, bodyweight, static holds, old school, new school, bulking, cutting, Many online programs, even yours Mark, Vince del Monte, many others. I've done the formulas for calorie intake, (did it to a "T", but I got fat) -It could be said that I didn't follow all of these programs correctly, and that may be true, but I'm extremely attentive and pay attention to detail. -I followed all of this advice as strictly as I could, without the benefit actual guidance...Having said all that: a 1/2" on my arms?? are you kidding, I've tried, and tried using every expert advice out there. I would LOVE to finally have a way to get results, and put my quest for physical fitness in 'Cruise Control'. It's been a struggle, and yet I refuse to believe my genetics will keep me from growing just a little more muscle...Thanks for your time.

-Ben

male

22 years old

I have been training for around 7 or 8 years and I have been working as a NETA certified personal trainer for a year now.

I have heard about these types of programs and always wondered if they actually worked. I am always willing to try new things. Currently I am in the middle of a bulk and I am very dedicated. I have my training, diet, cardio, and supplement program spot on. I have access to 3 different well equiped gyms. My plans are to complete my bulk in January and then start training for a bodybuilding competition in spring. I can always use bigger arms and I trust your advice.

working out for 1 year.

I like to read the info you post and have confidence through your research that you've found something effective for growth.

I'm currently neither cutting, nor bulking, but have most recently been bulking and could jump right back in.

I belong to a very nice gym with all the necessary equipment and workout regularly to failure 3-5 days a week before work, chugging a protein/creatine shake immediately afterward.

I'd love to see some real gains in my arms.

Bring it on!!!!
