Mark this is just the kick in the ass I need. Been training seriously for about a year now trying to get in shape for a trip to Indonesia and Australia. Bought your book and implimented most of the stuff in it, got down to 14% body fat and now into bulking.

This is a fascinating experiment. I wonder what you have up your sleeves. Every other part of my body seems to grow at will, but my arms are stubborn as a bull! So I'm anxious to see what you have. I'm no stranger to hard work as you can see, I've been training pretty regularly for a while and love a good burn. I've put a quarter in on my arms in a week, but never 1/2 or a full inch...that's crazy! Great marketing because I signed up for this. I advise people all the time on lifting, but I'm always looking to learn more from someone that knows more. I currently have fourteen inchers. I've uploaded a pic so you can see where I am. Can't wait to get started man!

Mark, I would love to be considered for this study/experiment. Fancy that you'd pick Turkey Day week.. guess there's hopes we'll all over-indulge some ;) My name is Maria and I am a 22-year-old female who's been lifting, seriously, since March of 2008. I feel as though I'd be a great candidate for a few reasons:
1. I'm a female, and I'm noticing a male-dominated response
2. My ultimate goal is to have 14-inch arms.. they're currently just over 11.5
3. I'm 100% dedicated to any and every undertaking. I never bite off more than I can chew. I will be totally focused on executing your plan to a T
Either way, chosen or left behind, I'm SoOo incredibly psyched to see if this works :)

Well, my name is Mark, I am 29 years old and I weigh about 210 right now, I have been weight training for over ten years and just did my first show in August, i was at 173 for the show. I am currently doing your 10 week program, for the first time and I am in the 6th week. My arms have always had good definition and I would like to get some more size out of them. I am currently bulking up by your regimen as well, doing the high protein and high fat for most of the week with a so called cheat meal on the weekend for the insulin spike. I have been very happy so far with the progressive failure training, it is very rewarding to see the weight and reps go up every week, sometimes it jumps a little and thats really cool.
Thanks for the chance to do this...
Markus

Hey, Mark.

My name is Kevin. I'm 44 years old (last Friday), am 6'4" and weigh about 225#. I was fat most of my life (peaking at about 390). I've been working out for about a year and a half now. I followed your Total Anabolism program for about a year, working out 5 days a week. Because of the lack of progress in my arms, I recently started trying out a 5x5 program, which is only a 3 day a week program. But it's not made much of a difference.

I've made great progress in most areas, with the exception, like I said above, of my arms. They look good, but they just don't seem to want to grow. I do believe I'm training them to failure, but they're about 12" at rest, 13.5" flexed, and stuck that way (they were bigger, obviously, when I was heavier, but that was all fat).

I maintain a pretty strict high-protein, moderate fat, low carb diet.

I'd love to test out your new program. 1/2 in. in a week would certainly make me happy!
