Woah. This is the most detailed list of one's supplements I have ever seen.

The first question that came to my mind is are you turning pro? Anyway, since you are restricted by affordability, I shall help you address your questions based on affordability.

First of all, multivitamin are not worth the money if you were already eating a variety of food such as fruits and vegetables since your diet should already consist of those nutrients. The excess amount of vitamins will just pass out of your body. In other words, you are wasting money to make your urine nutritious. Instead, since you are very detailed in what you are eating, I would suggest analysing your diet and find out what kind of nutrients you are lacking in. For example, if you found out you are lacking of potassium in your diet, then take potassium tablets. This way, you can save money. But of course, it is more tedious.

Secondly, I would not suggest a dextrose formed of creatine. Although there are studies to show that it is more readily absorbed into your body, there are studies which proved otherwise. So meanwhile, it will be better to stick with monohydrate instead. It is a lot cheaper anyway and it has proved to be one of the best form of creatine.

Thirdly, if you are really serious with bodybuilding, I will seriously suggest protein powder. Protein powder are normally loaded with various amino acids which help to repair your muscle after a workout. Hence, if you were really on a budget, I would suggest a whey protein instead of creatine.

Lastly, with regard to the liver questions, I would say since all the products are relatively new, there are no long term studies on their side effects. But one thing is for sure, never take steriods.

Good luck!

Gidday, I've been to South India, around Bangalore area. I would dump all the supplements except the dextrose/creatine, C, zinc, magnesium and multi. I'd have much more C, spread out through the day, say 3 grams, in half a dozen 500 gm lots. I'd use the multi after workouts and daily.

There were great dairies when I was there, so I'd be looking at heaps of raw milk, cream, yogurt and butter, or ghee. Milk should be sipped, not gulped, and works best if taken in smaller mounts regularly throughout the day. And have some with cream, and your zinc, before bed. If you eat and can get aggs, I would have two or three eggs three or four times a day also. All the best.

Eggs and milk are excellent sources of protein, and form the base of my diet now. I've recently started using butter to increase the fat that I eat too. I'm not a big fan of supplements, protein powders are very convenient but not essential and scrambled eggs with butter taste much better than any shake anyway. Multivitamins or extra vit C just as Uplift says, are advised because your body needs a fair amount to recover. Though I would imagine that living in India you would get plently of nutrients in your diet from vegetables anyway.
