I've been eating healthy for the last 6-8 weeks and have actually lost 12 lbs (which puts me at my current weight of 163), but I want to start making my workouts and diet as efficient and effective as possible to obtain the best gains in lean mass and lower my fat % drastically. Any advise, tips, etc? Sorry for the long post and all the questions. Like I said, I'm sort of a beginner to this world. Help me out please? Thanks!
