It seems that I am one of those guys that have natural thick legs(that or fat just tend to store on my lower body than my stomach). I have been alternating between TSPA and MANS, and so far it works amazing for me. My abs are popping out without flexing, and muscles have been increasing in size.
Now my problem is that my legs, while they are also getting muscled, does not have that nice toned/muscle look even though my body fat % is under 10. Recently I have start doing part time in modeling for fun(don't laugh@@, and thanks again Mark, who would have thought that a software programmer like me would see this day) and my thick legs just don't seem to go well with the pants/jeans ... I know that it's been discussed in Mark's ebook that it's impossible to target fat loss on certain body part, but if anyone has a good leg routine that will help define and give legs more of a long athletic look, I am definitely listening! Any input is welcome!
