switching from split to tht

Postby berano on Thu Dec 31, 2009 7:42 am

Hi all, been viewing for a while and thought i'd post and let you know what I am doing. I have been on a gi diet, but have increased my calories and protein with tuna, chicken, egg whites and sunflower seeds. I am 37 next month
I have been training on the weider split system , body parts twice a week since the beginning of oct, but with load increases I have noticed in the last few weeks I have been feeling tired and workouts are taking about 50% more time. Is this overtraining?
My sizes at october at december
154lb @5'6" 152lb
neck 15.5" 16"
Chest 40.5" 40"
biceps 13.5" 14"
forearms 11" 11.25"
waist 33.5" 31.5"
thighs 22" 22"
calves 14.5" 14.5"

I am going to try Marks THT course in january what do you guys think?
