I had the same question, since Mark did not specify whether he was taking Creatine on his mini-cut cycles. I would think creatine would help with recovery and maintenance of your muscles while on a reduced-calorie diet. Now, if you are prepping for a body-building competition and worried about water weight, then creatine would probably be counterproductive. But, I do not see it interferring with fat loss.
