I have read many different articles about the pros and cons of both CEE and Monohydrate. My question is can you take both at the same time? IE: 5g Monohydrate in the morning..... and a serving of Cellmass for post-recovery in the afternoon. They are both creatine, and I dont think they would conflict with each other. What are some of your opinions?
