Hi I am just trying to confirm the ideal rep for max abs growth. I have been working in the range of 12 to 16 and I have pretty good gain, but unlike other muscle I don't have that muscle pop feeling after the workout. I looked online some suggest just train it like other muscle with 8 to 12 rep. Could someone confirm which gives best gain in ab size?
