Sounds like a reasoned argument, especiaaly coming from a "juice" web site.
Up the calories with good food, protein especially, good fats and depending on your body type, carbs in correct ratios, combine this with wieght training like Muscle hack THT and you will put on weight, importantly, lean muscle weight.
3 workouts a week at full intensity will do the job.
It has for me.
